Record yourself with a bunch of things that go wrong that end up with a silver lining. Here is an example called Slip Ssliding Away:

Record yourself trying to do something 3 times and failing. The second and third time should be shorter than the first. Then go for a fourth attempt that either succeeds or fails on a whole new level.
